Our class aims (as stated in the curriculum template): |

- To begin development of the skills necessary to communicate in French: interpretive, interpersonal and presentational.
- To initiate student awareness and understanding of French culture, its products and practices.
- To explore connections to other disciplines as they relate to the study of French.
- To enhance awareness of the student's knowledge of his/her own language and cultural practices and
         products through comparisons with those of the target culture.
- To encourage the use of French outside the classroom as a means of enriching lifetime experiences.
