Physics Homepage
Physics B is intended as a course for seniors to develop an understanding and appreciation of the natural laws which govern the universe. Specifically, the main topics deal with mechanics, the branch of physics examining motion. Because this course intregrates the math skills learned in Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, the students are able to describe natural phenomena through graphs and equations. Computer simulations, photogates and simple household items are used to reinforce the topics learned.
