Advanced Placement:Studio art is designed for highly motivated students who are seriously interested in the creative art experience. This class is portfolio based in which students, who are ready for the challenges of college level work, create a large body ofquality artwork. This College Board certified course reflects three areas of study: The creation of Quality Drawings, development of a personal Concentration, and Breadth of experience and choice. Students are expected to put in many hours of work outside the regularly scheduled class period.
